What You'll Do

Supervise hourly employees responsible for the assembly, placement, and setup of data towers at new data center locations
Assign daily work activities, establish priorities, and ensure scheduled tasks are completed efficiently and on time

What We're Looking For

Supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, assembly, or similar operational environments
Experience overseeing hourly employees and managing daily work assignments
Strong understanding of workplace safety, productivity, quality, and operational performance

About the Role

How you will contribute

Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.

How you will contribute

Identify, develop, and maintain company health and safety management systems, training programs, and procedures in line with all current legislation for the assigned country(s). Perform monthly safety inspections and maintenance.
Represent the company at external audits on all health and safety matters. Ensure compliance to audit standards and work with auditors and vendors to answer findings and complaints in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Design and develop written health and safety procedures. Monitor, revise, and implement ongoing updates in safety regulations, laws or reporting requirements. Provide technical safety and health support and information to all employees.
Responsible for the co-coordination of risk assessment activities including record keeping. Analysis of risk assessment, near miss and accident data to presenting to the senior management team. Develop long term strategies to reduce accidents that are data driven.

Develop & deliver safety training programs to reduce work place accidents and incidents including assessment of such training activities. Administer mandatory safety training and ensure all newly hired employees, agency employees, contractors, visitors and transferred employees receive proper training.
Represent the company at any internal safety meetings, customer or supplier safety meetings presenting data, recording actions, and monitoring the progress of those actions.
Work with the operational teams to improve the working environment and reduce the impacts to the employee from operational activities as well as recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to work hazards.
Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance. This will include property in and around the facility. Review plans and specifications for development of new machinery, equipment or processes to determine whether all safety requirements have been met. Manage and support all documentation related to material handling equipment.

Your Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health is preferred with a minimum of certification in the designated country for health, safety, and environment.

Experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment as well as experience in developing and administering health and safety programs.
Familiar with country specific health and safety standards including OSHA, ISO, and internal audit qualifications. Understanding of DOT compliance and EPA environmental regulations.
OSHA 10 hour or Basic Knowledge of Plant Safety and Current First Aid/CPR First Responder Training desired.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation, i.e. expedite shipments. Perform order registration which may include special requirements, extra labor, forklifts, cranes, etc.
Ensure on-time pickup and delivery, track and trace shipments.
Apply applicable late reason codes in accordance to Service Failure tracking and reporting
Work with customer to resolve inventory discrepancies. Follow-up with regards to exception reporting and damage assessment, communicate to customer.
Participate in process flow documentation and standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement based on customer needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

Customer service background in logistics with ability to handle problem resolution in timely manner.
Previous Telecommunication site delivery coordination experiences a plus.
Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel used for tracking and analysis.
Must be able to manage inventory in an RF. Portal, and Manual system environment. This candidate will work in an office setting but will be expecting to travel to warehouse as needed.
Understand transportation modes and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall start-up and execution of new data center locations, ensuring successful project delivery and operational readiness
Direct and develop site leadership teams while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability
Oversee staffing plans, workforce allocation, and resource planning to meet operational and project requirements
Partner with customers, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, and achieve project milestones
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through strong communication, service delivery, and operational execution
Provide regular updates to customer and company stakeholders regarding project progress, staffing, financial performance, risks, and operational challenges
Establish and manage site budgets, monitor costs, and drive financial accountability throughout each project
Lead site performance across key operational metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, employee morale, and environmental standards
Identify operational barriers, implement corrective actions, and ensure resources are available to support project completion
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean principles, productivity improvements, and waste reduction

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, contract logistics, or large-scale operational environments
Experience leading complex operations, managing multiple departments, and overseeing site leadership teams
Proven ability to manage operational budgets, staffing plans, performance metrics, and customer expectations
Strong understanding of safety, quality, cost management, and continuous improvement principles
Experience developing and executing operational strategies to meet business objectives
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, operational challenges, and evolving business priorities
Strong customer relationship management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, customers, contractors, and senior leadership
Willingness and flexibility to travel to new project locations as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading new site start-ups, facility launches, or large-scale operational implementations
