Operating Systems Coordinator

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • You will be working for the CKD (Complete Knock Down) Launch in our York, Pennsylvania facility.
  • To coordinate and/or deliver support to the end users at the site in the use of the various types of hardware devices and software programs fulfilling the site's business objectives. This includes trouble shooting site applications of the software of all internal customers.
  • Develop knowledge of critical applications and processes utilized at the site in order to provide support to the site users.
  • Field incoming requests from the site to resolve application and hardware issues.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, performing/validating file backups and configuring applications at the director of the site analyst or IT support group.
  • Assist the site analyst by identifying any (potential) site issues as related to IT involvement at the site.
  • Delivery of software application training from provided training materials.
  • Other assigned tasks as needed.


Your Key Qualifications

  • Community College diploma required, university degree preferred (or educational equivalent) and/or significant relevant experience.
  • Experience in working with Warehouse Management systems in a shop floor environment would be desirable. Experience in general PC repairs and PC based applications.
  • Communicative with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local site language, when applicable.
