About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Liaise with appropriate customer personnel to ensure understanding of the reported concerns and jointly apportion responsibility to appropriate parties.
  • Respond to and review all customer concerns for each department at the customer facility.
  • Follow up and aid in containment (if necessary)
  • Provide pro-active response to all levels of customer concerns, including but not limited to being champion and/or member of problem-solving team.
  • Report concerns in a timely manner back to syncreon Production Manager for syncreon plant distribution.
  • Summarize and distribute any customer plant summary report made available to appropriate syncreon personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your Key Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma; college preferred (or other related training/development).
  • Related experience in a supplier related and/or production environment with a background in inventory control preferred. With a solid understanding of JIT practices.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills – written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers – both internal and external, with experience in coordinating multiple responsibilities.
