About the Role

How you will contribute

Research and gather information pertaining to special projects and various HR initiatives, presenting such information in word PowerPoint, and Excel documents or other necessary reports.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants. Assists with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing, onboarding, and off boarding.
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
May develop, maintain, analyze and / or assist with various human resources activities and procedures.
Manage and maintain HR databases and files.
Negotiates Collective Bargaining Agreement (if applicable).
Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Conform to the processes and requirements of the synchronized management system.
Achieve effectiveness of the synchronized management system by following the Quality Policy and meeting company objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or applicable field.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Strong interpersonal / communication skills – able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
Must be a team player.
