Warehouse Manager

We are looking for two experienced Warehouse Managers, based in Waalwijk, to plan, direct and coordinate the operations at the facility. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. It's an exciting time to join the syncreon team!

Your tasks & responsibilities: 

• Overall responsibility of meeting or exceeding company objectives with respect to efficiency, KPI's and EHS.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model, improve team-work and provide guidance.
• Promote a professional but pleasant working atmosphere within the team, maintaining and encouraging professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Create and realize goals for the department based on the site’s vision and long term targets, support annual budgeting.
• Drive and lead Continuous Improvement Projects. 
• Work closely with the customer to understand customer requirements and report operational metrics to customer. 
• other duties as assigned. 

Your qualifications: 

• Strong leadership skills and a true team-player.
• HBO level education.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role in a logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing), same in Dutch is a pro.
