Team Lead Inventory

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Inventory Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The Inventory Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the inventory team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, address issues, and optimize inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all inventory-related activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• 2 years of experience in an Inventory/ Logistics/ Manufacturing/RMA environment.
