Supervisor

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient operation within set targets / KPI’s by taking responsibility for the department needs and the client requirements within a safe working environment

• Ensure procedures and work instructions are documented & followed

• Plan and coordinate labor in accordance with forecast & DL target

• Monitor that daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, Kronos timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time

• Ensure that CAPA’s and 5C’s are acted upon in accordance with the guidelines

• To provide back up and support to the Manager via e.g. joining and presenting during MBR presentations, supporting client/site projects and discuss department goals and targets.

• Monitor staff performance including topics like UPPH monitoring, time-keeping, Quality and Inventory issue resolutions and overall Productivity of the department.

• Liaison with all operational and support departments onsite to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy across the total site needs

• Active participation in the Site Leadership team and Quality Circle meetings

Profile

• 2 shift operation with requirements for certain overtime & Saturday work when required;

• 2-5 years warehouse experience in a supervisory role;

• Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office, experience with WMS systems. Knowledge of Quality systems to a reasonable level;

• Ability to work under pressure and flexible in changing priorities.

• Openness and honesty are also part of your personal characteristics. You can underpin your own vision and are curious for the opinions and feedback of others;

• Good communication skills in English and preferable Dutch and can build up relationships and act as a mentor;
