Quality Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring quality and driving continuous improvement? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Supervisor in Waalwijk, The Netherlands.

How you will contribute

• Plan and co-ordinate the team to execute the Quality Plan. Ensure full set of relevant Quality process documentation is available and revision controlled.
• Monitor staff performance, (including time-keeping, quality, productivity) and costs within the team
• Executing Quality inspection procedures, methods and sampling plans based on performance metrics and/or customer requirements & specifications.
• Monitoring performance from available data and producing workable reports & executing process steps improvement based on data created.
• Monitor daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, Kronos timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. To provide back up and support to the Quality Engineer.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide feedback with regards to corrective action plans, including required IT-enhancements. Perform user acceptance testing.
• Liaison with operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Driving Quality within the operation towards sustainable in-process quality delivery and identifying, reporting & resolving any non-conformities.

Your Key Qualifications

• Good communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing). Demonstrates openness and honesty. 
• Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
• Knowledge of and ability to work with warehouse/logistic systems; PC literate – able to use Microsoft Office – essential for reporting. Quality systems knowledge to a reasonable level.
• Staff planning capability with financial awareness.
• 2-3 years warehouse experience in a supervisory role.
• Managing skills: listens and responds effectively to questions; resolves problems & queries adequately; respects all internal and external customers; acts as a role model and leads team in a professional manner.
• Flexibility of working hours is essential to accommodate the organization’s special requirements
