IT Tester

How will you contribute?

• Design test plans, scenario’s, scripts, and procedures relating to UAT. 
• Conduct functional, integration and regression testing.
• Ensure all issues and defects/fails are logged on/in the appropriate format and system.
• Create status reports on all ongoing tests.
• Ensure all test plans scenario’s and scripts for an UAT test, are completed and stored for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT/QA and development team in trouble shooting issues.
• Support Operations and deployment of code, and act as 1st point of escalation.
• Assist in the creation of Process and Work Instruction documentation relating to the UAT test.
• Act as an SME (Subject Matter expert) to the operation.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in writing and maintaining test plans,
• scenarios and process documentation.
• Knowledge of WMS.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiply tasks and often with conflicting priorities to meet aggressive timelines.
• Extremely high level of attention to detail.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.).
