Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA | German speaking

Are you able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires? We are hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA to join syncreon and oversee our full recruitment cycle. Your goal is to build thoughtful hiring strategies to fill current positions and build a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Your main focuss will be on the German labourmarket, that's why we are looking for a (native) German speaking candidate. 


About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy. Develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
  • Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process. 
  • Create attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates to join the company.
  • Pro-actively source candidates (active and passive) by using our company Sourcing Strategy and Applicant Tracking System (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors) in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market.  Screen, introduce and interview candidates.
  • Identify and develop appropriate channels to recruit candidates for internships and agency openings to include active and passive sourcing, building relationships within the community (i.e., colleges, employment agencies, and recruiters), and participating in job fairs.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes.
  • Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers (job boards) and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager.
  • Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes while providing the best candidate experience for all candidates and managing hiring manager expectations on timelines and market information.
  • Participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding activities.


Your key qualifications

  • BSc in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in international end-to-end recruitment cycle in the Technology area. Preferably in Germany, UK and/or Eastern European countries;
  • Experience in international sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Proven track record of international recruitment in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously;
  • Able to provide first class internal customer service with high energy and detail oriented;
  • Experience with using an ATS system, preferable SAP SuccessFactors.
