Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible to meet company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • The Warehouse Manager meets company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
  • Within this role, you are responsible for providing direction, advice and counsel his/her direct reports to ensure operational performance at plant level. 
  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining and evaluating performance of direct reports. 
  • Working closely with the customer to understand customer requirements and report operational metrics to customer.
  • Establish contract life business plan, annual budgets and ensure targets are met.
  • Formulating/revising/recommending policies and procedures; exercises controls over the implementation of policies and procedures.


Your Key Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent.
  • Experienced supervisor in a logistics-based industry.
  • Proficiency in working with operations manager, staff, functional departments and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively train, coach and motivate team members.
