Transportation Coordinator

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Dispatch and tour planning based on economical and quality specifications
  • General commercial processing
  • Tour optimization and tour processing
  • Briefing and de-briefing of drivers and installation technicians
  • Supervision and order monitoring
  • Handling of shipping documents
  • Coordination of contractors and the respective invoicing
  • Secure reading and checking of driver and fleet cards
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship as forward agent/transportation coordinator or a comparable apprenticeship
  • Practical experiences in dispatch area and logitstics are disreable, preferably in high tech transportation business
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels within syncreon and the contractors supply base
  • Good geographical knowledge in Germany
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication skills in German, both written and verbal
  • You are ready to work in shifts (early and late shifts, bi-weekly)
  • You are a teamplayer, with good communication skills both witten and verbal, reliable and stress-resistant
  • You like to work independently and you are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high self-entitlement
