Engineering Coordinator (NE)

We are growing and additional shifts.


If you are interested in joining a dynamic and growing 3PL as an Engineering Coordinator, where you will:


  • Obtain weight and dimensions of new parts and inputting data into our systems
  • Validating new parts and creating detail part verification slides
  • Providing packaging dimensions and weights for load carriers

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support operations from an Engineering standpoint to solve and correct any issue in a timely manner.
  • Use AOS/SAP systems to track new inbound parts prior to arrival to ensure they are properly processed, verified, and available when needed for production.
  • Use Excel and other programs to properly track and maintain Engineering documents for consistency, ensuring that all updated information is validated.
  • Investigate and notify the customer when vendor documentation is incorrect. 
  • Work with the Quality team to aid in correcting any issues found from an Engineering aspect.
  • Correct and update any photos or documentation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Engineering Technologies or related discipline.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of a variety of lean tools and concepts.
  • Able to work different shifts as necessary.
