JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Procurement Excellence Apprentice is to learn and develop your professional skills and experience within Procurement Excellence and support the European Category procurement team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support with analysis for systems and processes within the Procurement excellence scope.
• Support in implementation processes.
• Support in Projects.
• Standardize, improve and implementation of work instructions, training and process descriptions.
• Support on structuring data and analysis.
• Improve compliancy and quality control compliance.

JOB CONTEXT

• Procurement Excellence (process efficiency): Shared Service Centre & Governance, to further grow and scale up our business and generate an efficient and effective end-to-end P2P process
• The Procurement Excellence Apprentice reports into the Director of Procurement Excellence
• As a Procurement Excellence Apprentice within the Central European Procurement Team you are in the lead to grow your knowledge and experience, learn, develop and deliver the result that is assigned to you.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• You must be enrolled in or just finished a bachelor’s or masters education.
• You have a maximum of 2-years of relevant work experience.
• You are proactive.
• You are inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions.
• You have good communication skills.
• You are eager to learn, and you have an appetite for delivering results.
• English proficiency is required.
• Excel skills are a plus.
