Launch Lead HR

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the HR input and output on new project and process launches in Germany.
  • Support the startup of new company business. Coordinate HR launch process as applied to new business launches in cooperation with the launch-, the local HR team and the HR Germany Management.
  • Implement HR standard processes and work instructions. in (new) company businesses.
  • Administer all projects and documentation (HR Systems) relative to assigned HR processes/launches
  • Establish and maintain framework for HR handbook within every segment/county aligned with global, regional and/or local policies, rules and regulations
  • Support with job posting through the systems; Placing job advertisements in cooperation with Talent Acquisition; Recruiting new employees
  • Supports the HR Senior Regional Manager in the maintenance of HR Systems,
  • Co-develop HR audit form of key requirements of HR basics and use HR processes, policies, tools. Act as auditor as part of internal audits to review existing practices versus internal/external requirements to define, direct or support description of corrective action plan.
  • Training of new HR employees in handling the HR systems, process, work instructions
  • Develop and design irreversible corrective actions for known problems.  Use established problem-solving techniques to reduce process variation. 
  • Manage HR processes and reports as required
  • Actively coach the organization concerning HR with tools and reports.
  • Develop systems (e.g. HR Shared drive, Q-pulse) to store regional and local HR policies, practices, tools, organization charts and ensure to keep it up to date for use by HR and management.
  • Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or combination of experience and training in HR Management.
  • Experience in variety of HR discipline(s). Project Management experience preferred.  Familiar with Project Management Tools.
  • Computer literate (MS Office ) and affinity in working with HR processes, data and systems with ability to analyze data and make effective and persuasive presentations on HR-related matters.
  • Prior experience in standardization and harmonization of HR processes in multiple countries. Proven track record in managing multiple projects and processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication, strategic, and influencing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers-both internal and external
  • Strong analytical skills and technical savvy.
  • English and German spoken and written (native level)
