Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - Associate (NE)

We’re looking for a world-class Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track records of engaging with top global clients, enhancing service delivery, and working with 3PL/logistics business. The role is based in Redford, MI. 

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
  • Update trailer report and Team Board.
  • Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
  • Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma; some college is preferred.
  • Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Data analysis.
