About the Role

  • Management and control of a shift in the area of operations, line supply and sequencing
  • Responsible for monitoring the timely completion of orders
  • Organisation, monitoring, evaluation and regulation of the production processes
  • Responsible for monitoring the order quality and, if necessary, taking corrective measures in the event of errors
  • Responsible for personnel planning and personnel recording
  • Responsible for achieving the specified key figures in cooperation with the team leaders
  • Close cooperation with shift supervisors, human resources, engineering and quality assurance to ensure smooth production processes

Your Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training as a master craftsman or a degree
  • Experience in logistics, sequencing, line supply and/or supply chain management
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience and management experience in the logistics / freight forwarding sector desirable
  • You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global customer in a 3-shift system
  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and planning and organizational skills
  • You have a dynamic, goal-oriented and team-oriented personality with good communication skills and are resilient
  • German and good knowledge of spoken and written English / very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
