QEHS Supervisor

About the Role


How you will contribute

  • Manage and analyze the information provided by the customer and the internal QEHS assurance to solve QESH problems and monitor the implementation of these
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's and customer's quality specifications in all work areas and shifts
  • Manage QEHS processes and reports - Monitor and organize the use of third parties to sort damaged goods on behalf of the customer
  • Establish the possibility for syncreon to take over the sorting and reworking of the customer's products
  • Monitoring and administration of all projects, documentation and processes of quality assurance (work instructions, PFMEA's and process control plans)
  • Develop and implement training and education on handling damaged materials/production to improve QEHS in-house
  • Actively train and lead the organization in relation to QEHS


Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Preferably you have experience in the implementation of QEHS management tasks and management experience in the automotive or logistics industry.
  • Distinctive competence in the collection, analysis and evaluation of complex issues in the context of product, service and process quality
  • Practical experience with quality methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, KAIZEN) - desirable with certification (Black Belt, Master Black Belt)
  • Willingness to share knowledge and to serve as a multiplier within the company
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
