Logistic Engineer - Senior

To support our team in Rastatt, we are looking for a dedicated employee as a senior logistics engineer (f/m/d).

About the Role

  • Coordination and control of all projects in production and line supply
  • Optimization of processes in terms of capacity, costs and efficiency
  • Manage and analyze customer and internal engineering input to solve problems and monitor implementation
  • Optimization of processes and procedures with a focus on production planning and execution
  • Responsible for meeting deadline, cost and quality targets within the area of responsibility
  • Control and validation of feasibility studies, construction and prototypes
  • Ensuring communication with internal company departments such as Operations, Quality, Purchasing and suppliers
  • Exchange with suppliers and other companies
  • Short- and long-term planning of volumes, resources, areas, equipment
  • Instruction and training of employees in process flows

Your Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in the engineering field
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in the field of logistics, sequencing, line supply and/or supply chain management
  • You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global customer
  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and planning and organizational skills
  • You have a dynamic, goal-oriented and team-oriented personality with good communication skills and are resilient
  • German and good knowledge of spoken and written English / very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
