Material Flow Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Material Flow Specialist, based in Nitra, who will analyze and determine the best material delivery methods and flow for maximizing productivity within a high volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure delivery of all engineering and material flow changes – system and physical. We welcome you to join our organization today!

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Create master data to support material flow
  • Ensure all material packaging adheres to the customer’s specific guidelines
  • Act as key interface with client on development of logistic solutions
  • Act as the conduit for material flow solutions between relevant departments, to build effective relations with staff to ensure compliance with the documentation process
  • Daily shortage root cause investigation and resolution
  • To lead by example in fostering best practice in document and revision management
  • Ensure impact assessment on all material flow changes are documented and communicated with senior managers
  • Ensure all logistic process developments are tested and implemented into the operation in a seamless fashion
  • Monitor all material movements within SAP against procedures
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required, together with tenacity to drive the process of configuration control from start to finish
  • Ensure all warehouse visual management is maintained in line with activities and traffic flow


Your Key Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma.  A college degree is preferred
  • Previous material flow knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Ability to empathise and understand clients viewpoint and requirements and act as there champion within smart office
  • Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, & PowerPoint. Familiarity of AutoCAD would be an advantage
  • Strong project management and operational experience
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
