Material Flow Manager

We are looking for an experienced Material Flow Manager, based in Nitra. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the logistic material flow within the smart office function on plant. You will also act as key interface with client on development of logistic solutions. We welcome you to join our organization today!

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Management, tracking & close out of material flow issues with customer
  • Work in collaboratively with engineering manager to deliver site improvements
  • Ensure department metrics and reporting are produced and developed to satisfy senior management requirements on time and in full
  • Ensure continually develop and improve material flow process
  • Ensure appropriate processes are created and maintained for all aspects of department
  • To lead by example in fostering best practice in document and revision management
  • Ensure impact assessment on all material flow changes are documented and communicated with senior managers
  • Ensure all engineering / flow changes are effectively managed and deployed to operation
  • Ensure appropriate volume forecasting and planning is delivered
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required, together with tenacity to drive the process of configuration control from start to finish.


Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Ideally lean and Six Sigma practitioner
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Ability to empathise and understand clients viewpoint and requirements and act as there champion within smart office
  • Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, & PowerPoint. Familiarity of AutoCAD would be an advantage
  • Strong project management and operational experience
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
