Warehouse Manager - Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager, based in Niederaula, to plan, direct and coordinate the logitics in our warehouse. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency in our warehouse. It's an exciting time to join the syncreon team!

 

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Maintenance and further development of the Warehouse Management System
  • Creation of storage and retrieval concepts including maintenance of the physical and system inventory in the inbound, outbound and inventory areas
  • Developing, monitoring and maintaining quality and productivity metrics
  • Creation and maintenance of a "Monthly Warehouse Billing Report
  • Continuous optimization of work processes in the warehouse area (Kaizen)
  • Personnel planning of the commercial employees in the warehouse area
  • Disciplinary and professional management of the warehouse staff
  • Steering and control of intralogistic processes
  • Compliance with cleanliness and safety guidelines (5S; TAPA)
  • Participation in interface concepts with other internal departments
  • Management and execution of customer-specific inventory counts

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed training as a warehouse supervisor or higher education
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse management, preferably in service logistics
  • Several years of experience with personnel management and team leadership
  • Confident handling of Warehouse Management Systems (ideally
  • Coglas Logistic Suite) and MS-Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • You are a team player, strong communicator, reliable and stress resistant
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.
  • You have a high willingness to learn and perform
