QEHS Coordinator

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support of the maintenance and updating of our integrated Management system for the area Quality, Environment, Health and Safety
  • Preparation, managing and directing QEHS related documents
  • Preparation and presentation of reports, with cross functional support
  • Support of the line manager for Quality as well as EHS & Compliance
  • Administration and carrying out employee trainings (thru out Germany)
  • Cooperation and support of improvement projects
  • Support of internal and external audits
  • Initiation and control of corrective actions
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship with an economical or technical focus and further qualification in Quality area, preferably with experience in Environmental and Health/Safety area.
  • Training as internal auditor and quality representative beneficial
  • 2 years of work experience, at least 1 years in QEHS position
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards (ISO 9001, 14001)
  • Experience in logistic beneficial
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, especially in MS Office
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, written and oral to deal with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • You are stress resistant, like to work in teams, like to travel around Germany and have a strong “hands on” mentality.
