Talent Sourcer EMEA

We are looking for an International Talent Sourcer, based in EMEA/NA, to actively find, approach and attract talent to our organization.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Partnering with internal Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position;

  • Design and set up Sourcing Strategy and Processes;

  • Sourcing active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and networking;

  • Craft and send recruiting emails to candidates as well as keeping recruiting team informed at all stages of sourcing;

  • Conduct searches and Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn);

  • Identifying high quality candidates to fill key roles in our EMEA / NA locations;

  • Providing an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and overall fit with the role;

  • Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system (SAP Succesfactors);

  • Coordinate (online) interview logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements;

  • Facilitate effective and close communication between the candidates and Talent Acquisition Specialist;

  • Interact, engage and connect with platforms and events of interest, organize (online) branding campaigns and events.

Your Key Qualifications

  • At least 1-year relevant work experience as an intern, Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in an international environment;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either HR or communication;

  • In-depth experience in online search techniques & LinkedIn Recruiter;

  • Know how to trigger people in the right way at the right time;

  • Fluently in English, German is a preference;

  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly;

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills with a problem-solving approach.
