Senior Integration Project Manager IT

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • In your role as Senior Integration Project Manager IT, you drive the day-to-day execution of our integration process for the IT Workstream within the overall Integration Program, including coaching cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration team meetings, and driving proactive issue resolution.

  • You oversee and track the detailed integration plans and milestones, lessons learned, and cross-functional actions.

  • You manage the reporting of issues, risks, and dependencies, drive their resolution, and proactively identify potential program gaps and corrective action.

  • You are a key stakeholder in the integration of systems, liaising with your Functional counterparts.

  • You continuously align the functional integration plans with the cross-functional change, communication, and synergy plans.

  • You monitor and track performance against project milestones and metrics, escalating as required.

  • You track and maintain budget forecast and expenditures for the IT workstream as a part of the overall Integration plan.

  • You report to our Director Strategic Projects.

Your Key Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-time Project Manager role.

  • Proven track record of Integration Project Management e.g. SAP/Oracle/ERP, M&A, or both, in HR, Finance and/or IT.

  • IT Project Management experience, including large-scale infrastructure and/or application implementations or integrations. 

  • Project Management qualifications (PMP or Prince2), skills and experience in using Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).

  • Culturally intelligent and experience working with Global teams.

  • Experience with budget tracking, experience with IFRS desirable.

  • Excellent communications skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.

  • English and German language on a professional level in writing and speaking required, other languages beneficial. 

  • Ability to think and act in a complex, ever-changing environment.

  • Able to identify and solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.

  • Desirable implementation experience with any of the following - Oracle Fusion including Finance and HCM, MS Dynamics, MS Azure, Azure Data Lake.

  • Travel up to 25%.
