Management Assistant

As a Management Assistant at logit.syncreon in Neuss, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of a wide range of tasks and thus contribute to the efficient and effective daily routine of our management. About the Role

How you will contribute

  • A wide range of assistance tasks, such as preparing presentations in German and English, assisting with projects, preparing documents and decision templates, compiling statistics and evaluations, documenting and archiving business documents 
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and visits to the site, including receiving visitors
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments
  • Active participation in operational tasks and projects
  • Independent handling of correspondence incl. organization of filing and resubmissions
  • Organization and ordering of office supplies, consumables, etc. 
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as supervising the telephone switchboard
  • Managing the cash register incl. disbursements and monthly accounting
  • Coordination of Masterdata, creation of SAP purchase orders incl. EAR creation


Your Key Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the assistance area, alternatively a completed commercial degree with relevant practical experience
  • German fluently and very good English skills in spoken & written language 
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Office 365) 
  • You are a team player, responsible, strong communicator, customer-oriented, reliable and stress resistant
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, organized and pro-active work with high self-demands
