HR Administrator

As part of the HR team at logit.syncreon, you will work in a team that covers all facets of human resources. Are you a real organizational talent and team player? About the Role


  • Personnel processing including contracts and certifications
  • Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters
  • Support in the monthly preparation of payroll accounting, including monitoring
  • Maintenance of the time recording and payroll accounting system
  • Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management
  • Preparation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
  • Support of the personnel management
  • Collaboration in national and international HR projects  


Your key qualification

  • Commercial training with further education in the field of human resources desirable (human resources manager), alternatively a successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources
  • First professional experience in human resources is advantageous
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous
  • German & English fluently spoken & written
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications
  • Experience in dealing with time recording and payroll systems is an advantage
  • You are a team player, responsible, have strong communication skills, are reliable, maintain an overview even in more turbulent times and appreciate direct contact with internal and external customers.
  • You work independently and are characterized by a clear hands-on mentality as well as goal-oriented, organized and proactive work with high self-demands.
