HR Administrator

To support our HR team, we are looking for a committed and highly motivated HR Administrator (m/f/d). In this function you will take an important role in human resources for syncreon Technology in Germany, based in Neuss. You will be a relevant partner for employees and management in many administrative and organizational HR related matters.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as testing, records, wages, and procedures on absences, hiring procedures, and company policies and procedures. 
  • Assist with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.
  • Review applications and interview applicants. 
  • Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence and or letters that require a knowledge of established departmental procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed.
  • Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the site.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your Key Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred.  Will consider experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
  • Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal /communication skills - able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
