Customer Service Supervisor

As Customer Service Supervisor at logit.syncreon in Neuss, you coordinate projects, report KPIs and optimally plan the required (personnel) resources. About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Planning and coordination of customer projects and rollouts in collaboration with the project managers 
  • Quality monitoring and controlling within the department including process optimization
  • Creation of reports and evaluations
  • Support and control of customer inquiries and incidental escalations
  • Invoice control, including billing and checking of customer orders within the team
  • Weekly check of incoming payments in coordination with the accounting department
  • Support in daily order processing 
  • Staff scheduling within the department
  • Management of the team 
  • Induction of new employees and trainees

 

Your Key Qualification

  • Completed training, preferably as a forwarding merchant or comparable training
  • Professional experience in the commercial field, preferably in a freight forwarding company
  • First leadership experience with a socially competent appearance
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You are a team player, a strong communicator, reliable and stress resistant
  • You enjoy dealing with customers
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demands
