Customer Service Supervisor

To support our team in Neuss we are looking for a committed employee in the position of Customer Service Supervisor.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Lead and management of customer service team including appraisal
  • Planning and coordination of customer projects and rollouts in coordination with the project team
  • Quality supervision and controlling within the area of responsibility including process optimization and resourcing management
  • Preparing and compiling of reports and analysis
  • Support and coordination of customer requests including escalation management
  • Invoice controlling
  • Tender preparation
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Weekly controlling of payment receipts in cooperation with the Accounting department
  • Support of daily business of customer service department
  • Personnel planning within the customer service department
  • Induction and onboarding of new team members and apprentices

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed training as customer service representative or comparable training
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a comparable role including leadership experience
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluency in oral & written German is essential
  • Good skills in oral & written English
  • Responsiveness in dealing with Customer requests.
  • You are a team player, communicative, reliable and stress-resistant.
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high self-entitlement.
