Customer Service Representative

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests
  • Order acceptance and order entry
  • Quotation preparation
  • Telephone scheduling of customer orders
  • Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
  • Deadline monitoring of customer orders and feedback to the relevant departments and the customer
  • Acceptance and processing of customer complaints 
  • Billing for services rendered
  • Creation of customer related KPI's

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable training
  • Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel 
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant.
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.
