What will you do?

As a Business Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Business Support department. You will play a key role in overseeing various functions, including customer service, transfers, inbound planning and N.P.I.'s. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for new suppliers, ensure that all billing activities are handled in a timely manner and continuously strive for process improvement within the team. Your efforts will make a crucial contribution to achieving our goals and exceeding our customers' expectations.
