Operations Supervisor

As our Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for effectively managing and supervising a team of operators ensuring the daily workload is achieved. It's an exciting time to join the syncreon team!


About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to relating to processing and Quality checking.
  • Completion of daily handovers and provide appropriate information for the on-coming shift.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained. 
  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, monitored and maintained. 
  • Provide help and assistance to other departments as and when required. 
  • Promote a sound employee relations climate for all employees. 
  • Communicate appropriately with internal customers at all times.


Skills and experience required for our Operations Supervisor

  • You have GCSE Standard/IT related certification.
  • You have experience in supervising a team of 20+ staff in a Supply Chain/Warehouse/Logistics facility.
  • You bring strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Besides being a team player.
  • You have quality systems knowledge, meaning: to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.). 
  • Experience required in general Health & Safety, 5S and Lean Methodologies.   


Additional Information

Shifts available: 12:00 to 20:30, Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, one Sunday worked every 4 weeks with a rostered day off and 20:00 to 06:30 Monday to Thursday only.  

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum, plus overtime.
