Capacity Planning Manager

About the Role

Tasks & Responsibilities
 

  • Analyse the short/midterm customer forecasts & identify capacity planning and resource requirement spikes & trends based on these forecasts from our customer and provide appropriate, practical and effective recommendations to Operations.
  • Prepare Internal & External Packs & reports covering forecast spikes, trends & plans to allow for both.
  • Give advice to Operations regarding resource planning and actions to be taken.
  • Build on the relationship with operations and act as a partner on topic of workforce management.
  • Ensure the coordination of capacity and resources between the different departments, teams, agencies and other syncreon sites.
  • Managing all system parameters e.g. productivity for the capacity & resource model and monitor for effectiveness.
  • Work with training team to coordinate the onboarding process and training activities for new hired employees.
  • Analyzing processes and identifying process improvement enhancements.  

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 2-3 years of relatable work experience in an international organisation. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with logistics processes.
  • Familiar with international standards (i.e. ISO 9001) and Lean, Kaizen & 5S methodology.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbally and written).
