Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on planning for international medical projects at DPWorld in Kelsterbach , you will be responsible for the coordination and efficient handling of our project planning and customer support. Do you have an agile working style and are you at home in dynamic environments? Then react quickly and become part of our growing organization.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Planning the technicians' deployment
  • Planning hotels, flights and rental cars for the technicians
  • Control of goods to the place of use 
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Price negotiations and commissioning of various service providers according to economic and logistical priorities 
  • Incoming invoice control 
  • Accounting
  • Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing  

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed business degree, ideally in the field of logistics 
  • Confident with MS Office applications
  • Business fluent German
  • Written and spoken English
  • You are a strong implementer, a team player and have a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented
  • proactive work with high self-demand.
