Quality Administrator

Are you an individual who can drive the execution of quality processes? We’re looking for a world-class Quality Administrator to join our growing team in Fairburn.



About the Role


How you will contribute


  • Administer and maintain your assigned region’s quality database, Q-Pulse. Manage all user data – set up of new users, editing and archiving of user accounts, managing user access groups, permissions and managing all access and system inquiries from users, and troubleshooting Q-Pulse issues.
  • Manage the control of the region’s documents in Q-Pulse following the document control process i.e. global, regional, or vertical. Train new users on the use and their responsibilities in Q-pulse.
  • Train/coordinate training of new users on the use and their responsibilities in Q-pulse.
  • Provide and communicate the required region’s reports pertaining to the timeliness of actions performed in Q-Pulse i.e. acknowledgements, change requests, revisions, approvals and reviews.
  • Support the Q-Pulse document control for new launches and sites as required by the region.
  • Maintain and configure all database modules as per ongoing requirements of the organization.  
  • Liaise with internal IT and external technical support in relation to any system upgrades, required updates and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the region’s corporate system audits in Q-Pulse, monitor the region’s sites’ system audits, and provide and communicate the required reports pertaining to audit schedule status and related nonconformance’s in the CAPA module.
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Administrative and/or customer service experience; knowledge of document control (creating, managing, auditing documents, etc.).
  • Database use and ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills, strong computer knowledge.
  • Experience working either with a team or independently.
  • Written and oral communication skills with the ability to train others as well as communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to travel 20%.
