About the Role

 

How you will contribute

  • Administrative processing and processing of customer orders
  • Shipment tracking and feedback to the appropriate contacts
  • Creating statistics
  • Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
  • Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
  • Settlement of forwarding orders
  • Billing of orders

 

 

Your Key Qualifications

 

  • Completed training as customer service representative or comparable training
  • Fluency in oral & written German is essential
  • 1 year work experience in a customer services and logistics environment
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications
  • Responsiveness in dealing with Customer requests
  • Attention to detail for billing, process analysis, customer complaints investigations & reporting activities.
  • You are a team player, communicative, reliable and stress-resistant
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high self-entitlement.
