Customer Service Fleetmanagement

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and Fleet Management? Then join our amazing team in Duisburg. We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our fleet management department to support DP Worlds growth within the region.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • You will plan, control and optimize vehicle procurement and delivery
  • You will order vehicles according to specified requirements and are responsible for scheduling management for deliveries and returns
  • You manage registration documents and control leasing contracts of the vehicles, as well as monitoring vehicle returns
  • You will monitor the validity of fuel cards
  • You prepare monthly reports for the customer and the mileage of the leasing contracts
  • You  are the interface between the customer and the contact person
  • You inform the department management and the customer about the current status
  • You take care of traffic fines and send them to the appropriate office
  • You request reference offers upon request and checks them for correctness according to the predefined parameters
  • You release cost estimates according to the agreed specifications

 

 

What you will bring

  • Professional experience in customer service for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of fleet management, leasing or car rental would be desirable
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • You are fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
  • You are a great communicator and have a hands on mentality
  • You have a problem solving personality and you are a teamplayer
