Senior Web Developer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Front End Web Developer who will have the exciting opportunity to build a brand new framework from the very beginning of the process. How you will contribute:

About our role:

• Undertake the full development lifecycle of a global Progress application.
• You will work on Developing all area of the Application, Front-End, Middle-Ware, Server-Side.
• Will work independently and also as a member of a team.
• Document processes as being developered, So good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Produce high quality software solutions within time and budget.
• Provide support of existing applications to an agreed SLA.
• Work within a team and focus on continuous improvement and learning.
• Create innovative solutions to problems.
• Facilitate and support onsite deployments of major projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Key Qualification

• Degree or third level qualification in IT or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience working with modern Angular frameworks (Angular 2+)
• Good experience working with RESTful services. (REST APIs)
• Preferred exposure to some of the following technologies – Javascript, Typescript, CSS, HTML5, SQL/NoSQL DB, Progress
• Exposure to querying relational databases.
• Experience in development of successfully delivering development projects in a commercial environment. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Working knowledge of Unix / Linux Operating System and commands.
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver to changing business demands.
• Ability to see bigger picture and understand a global application focus.
• Ability to code to standards and take direction as to general coding method.
