How you will contribute

• Undertake the full development lifecycle of a global enterprise class application
• Produce high quality software solutions within time and budget
• Create and execute innovative IT solutions to problems
• Work within a team and focus on continuous improvement and learning
• Provide support of existing applications to an agreed SLA
• Facilitate and support onsite deployments of major projects

Your Key Qualifications

• OpenEdge experience in a commercial environment
• experience with SOAP\REST web services using OpenEdge
• Excellent RDBMS design and querying skills
• Experienced in CHUI\Webspeed and Appserver
• XML/JSON data manipulation skills
• Experience of Unix/Linux Operating System and commands
• Experience and understanding of the Supply Chain/Logistics industry
• Excellent business process analysis skills
• Proactive can-do attitude and work ethic
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and ideas
• Communications skills both written and oral
• Degree or third level qualification in IT or equivalent experience
• A strong service and business focus
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver to changing business demands
• Ability to see bigger picture and understand a global application focus
• Ability to code to standards and take direction as to general coding methods
