As QEHS - Coordinator at our new logit.syncreon location in Dortmund you will be the first contact person for all topics related to quality management, environmental protection and occupational safety. About the Role


How you will contribute

  • Implementation of the Group's quality, environmental & occupational safety requirements
  • Independent management of the local quality area incl. subordinate employees
  • Ensuring and complying with the quality specifications of the customer and the company in all work areas of the operational business
  • Preparation of quality reports, reviews and KPIs, analysis of customer complaints and derivation of improvement measures
  • Support for standard-compliant document management (creation, updating, distribution)
  • Execution and support of regular audits and inspections incl. documentation according to group specifications and follow-up of measures (work instructions, process audit, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001)
  • Processing of accidents and damages, analysis & implementation of suitable corrective measures in coordination with the supra-regional specialist for occupational safety.
  • Maintain environmental scorecard, and act as point of contact for the customer, employees and third parties on quality/environmental management and occupational safety issues.
  • Develop and implement training and education on handling damaged materials in collaboration with the training team regarding required employee training.

Your key qualification

  • Completed studies or completed vocational training in the economic or technical field with corresponding further qualification in the area of QEHS
  • Training as internal auditor and quality representative desirable
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience, thereof at least 2 years in quality management
  • Experience in the field of logistics is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written language
  • You are communicative, like to work operationally and have a high degree of social competence
  • You are goal-oriented and have an analytical & structured approach
