HR Generalist

As part of the HR team at logit.syncreon, you will work in a team that covers all facets of human resources. Are you a real organizational talent and team player? About the Role


How you will contribute

  • Personnel processing including contract and certification management
  • Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters at the site
  • Maintaining the time recording system
  • Coordination of temporary employment at the site
  • Creation of shift and personnel planning at the site
  • Support & coordination of recruitment measures including application management
  • Creation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
  • Support of the personnel management
  • Collaboration in national and international HR projects


 Your Key Qualifications:

  • Commercial training with further education in HR desirable (HR manager), alternatively a successfully completed degree with a focus on HR
  • At least three years of professional experience in human resources 
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law is an advantage
  • German & English fluent in word & speech
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications
  • Experience in dealing with time recording and payroll systems is an advantage
