Marketing & Sales Analyst

Are you passionate about data analysis, market intelligence, and driving business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting marketing and sales efforts, providing valuable insights, and assisting in decision-making processes.




Marketing and BI


•           Finance reporting alignment (customer volume/revenue data-sharing)

•           Coordinate and interact with BU to obtain information, data, and insights into the market when required

•           Create new reporting assisting upper management decision-making.

•           Keep different reports up to date.

•           Assist with reports and analysis on customers, competitors, economic indicators, and other relevant market intelligence for the Business Units

•           Maintain up-to-date market intelligence library of resources

•           Generate and maintain marketing materials (i.e., presentations, merch, etc.),

•           Maintain a database with updated images and consolidated statistics of the BUs (and other presentation materials)

•           Assist in creating sales presentations and marketing content for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and other stakeholders.

•           Oversee that CRM processes are in line with HO standards

•           CRM Regional Champion: training, establishing workaround, and generating critical but constructive feedback to CRM support team when applicable

•           CRM user adaptation and engagement report


Sales and Marketing Coordination across BU's and HO


•           Keep track and report of main customer pipelines and proposed action plans.

•           Implement relevant work processes between the Regional Office and the Business Units in search of process optimization improvements

•           Maintain coordination with Head Office marketing/commercial function related to customer information at Regional and Head Offices.


Customer Experience


•           Regularly conduct customer surveys

•           Regularly perform customer retention analyses

•           Consolidate customer feedback

•           Assist in Digital Transformation projects


Event and Meeting Coordination


•           Establish and maintain logs and visibility of customers' visits and related activities

•           Assist in the production of Customer events and corporate sponsorships: Organize and coordinate regional participation in relevant customer events and corporate sponsorships (e.g. U.S. Open, Ryder Cup, etc.), including budgeting, scheduling, communication, etc.

•           Assist in the production of Trade fairs and conventions. (e.g. Fruit Logistica, TPM, etc.)



  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
