Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition: Americas

Are you looking for your next career move in Talent Acquisition? DP World is seeking a Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition: Americas in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will drive the strategy for sourcing, attracting, hiring and onboarding talent throughout the region. This role will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop the talent acquisition function for the region. This role will partner with business leaders, Managers and HR partners and external organizations to deliver best-in-class TA experience to enable a future talent pipeline. 

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) activity for key strategic and administrative positions in the region.  Build, lead, and develop the Talent Acquisition team responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Build out the hiring roadmap and set priorities with leadership and hiring managers. Develop innovative recruitment strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaderships teams, key business stakeholders and HR team to establish current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage contracts/negotiations/relationships with external suppliers, social media channels and job boards.
  • Manage the Recruitment Budget and expenses.
  • Provide extensive reporting to regional Leadership Teams, including monthly dashboards, cost saving reports and progress reports.
  • Improve processes to ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the hiring process as well as a great on-boarding experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as HR, Finance, Commercial, Operations Marketing and Communications, and Procurement as well as group TA.
  • Lead project implementations such as; Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation, Regional TA Process implementation, Regional Sourcing Strategy, DP World Recruitment Guide, Regional  Referral Program, Employer Branding campaigns, and Sourcing Strategies for launches for multiple countries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Extensive International recruitment experience with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment. Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
  • The ability to deal with high vacancy numbers without compromising candidate quality or an effective and timely service to the business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
  • Strong delivery focus with ability to take full responsibility for campaign recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of an applicant tracking system (ATS), recruitment best practices, employment law and legislation in countries of operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an affinity with Technology and Automotive recruitment. Someone to give voice to our employer brand, build direct hiring capability, champion the candidate experience and take accountability for the performance of our efforts. 
  • Knowledge of the English language is required and any other language is preferred.

  • Flexibility to travel - You are ready to travel between 30% of the time across the globe to our operations to perform audits on site.
  • Languages - You speak and write fluent English – additional languages are a bonus.
