Vice President of Treasury, Tax, & Risk Management

The Vice President of Treasury, Tax, & Risk Management will be responsible for the overall leadership of global cash management, debt management Tax, and risk management functions within the company and its affiliated entities.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Oversee treasury, tax teams and develop the team and strategic/tactical vision within the organization globally;



  • Support in financing projects
  • Oversee day to day cash management including complex cross border intercompany transactions
  • Administer multiple credit facilities of which many are intercompany
  • Oversee compliance with credit facilities and coordinate related reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with legal to ensure all cash transactions are properly backed with legal arrangements 
  • Interact with various agents
  • Manage LC portfolio and collateral
  • Minimize cash interest cost and other bank fees
  • Set-up and manage external accounts receivable facility
  • Set-up and manage hedge programs
  • Set-up and manage operating lease programs
  • Oversee implementation of Kyriba treasury work station and manage going forward
  • Interact and maintain/build a relationship with various operating banks globally
  • Support transition of treasury back-office services to new banking partners


Risk Management

  • Placement of insurance policies
  • Manage claims
  • Manage corporate cost of risk
  • Oversee the use of Ventiv risk management system 


  • Ensure compliance on a global basis
  • Preparation of US tax returns (in house)
  • Oversee global tax accounting (quarterly and per annum) – includes training non-US teams
  • Manage and maintain transfer pricing system and documentation
  • Develop strategies to minimize cash tax cost
  • Grants – set-up program to optimize globally
  • Oversee corp tax system
  • Optimize and manage cash pool arrangements


Pension Committee:
a. Member of and finance expert in Global Pension Committee
b. Assist CFO with various (strategic) projects
