Treasury Manager

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Treasury Manager in Auburn Hills, MI will be a key member of the corporate finance team and will be required to work closely with all areas of the organization. This person will be expected to help identify and implement broader treasury best practices supporting the overall corporate strategies and objectives. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the Treasury Manager will have responsibility for execution and accounting of the company’s hedging strategies, oversight of the 13-week cash flow forecast process along with daily cash management functions, management of external and internal debt schedules and covenant compliance; including all interest schedules, repayments, and reset notices required per the agreements.  If you're interested in hearing more, apply today! 

 

About the Role

How you will contribute 
•    Monitor and ensure the company cash position is adequate in all global locations.
•    Manage the 13-week cash flow forecast process along with all deliverables.
•    Manage the company’s financial risk as it pertains to debt, interest, and currency on a consolidated and per legal entity basis.
•    Responsible for all intercompany loan reporting, including agreements, compliance, and tracking.
•    Assist with the review of the company’s financial ratios and other attributes as it relates to the company’s debt compliance.
•    Assist with projects including a new global bank structure, new treasury workstation modules, and new intercompany loan management process.
•    Support Corporate Accounting in all financial disclosures relating to debt matters.
•    Assist with intercompany loan and capital activities in wholly-owned subsidiaries as needed.
•    Other duties as assigned.

 

Your Key Qualifications 
•    Master’s Degree preferred with extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statements and reporting, forecasting, financial models and banking 
•    6+ years of global treasury experience
•    Must be able to work independently and with others; is eager to learn; has strong communication skills; is able to work in a fast-paced environment; can prioritize tasks; is detail oriented; contains strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•    Timeliness and accuracy in execution are essential
•    Career-oriented and motivated to learn; looking for career growth
•    Ability to analyze data and report findings in a concise manner to senior leaders 
•    Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software
•    Experience building and maintaining financial models in Microsoft Excel
•    Familiarity with ABL facilities and its interworking
•    Cash forecasting and global cash management experience
•    Knowledge of Kyriba
•    SAP and BPC experience
•    Detail Oriented
