Senior Director, Human Resources - Global Talent Management

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Director, Human Resources - Global Talent Management based in Auburn Hills, MI. This position is ideal for someone who wants to drive change and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally as a part of our global Talent Management team at syncreon! 

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Develop the overarching organizational development and talent acquisition strategy and execute annual Talent Management goals.

  • Enhance and administer the core talent programs: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management Program (PMP), Leadership Framework related programs including measuring effectiveness and identifying areas of improvement.

  • Develop and support regional and global branding and talent sourcing strategies.

  • Working with CHRO and regional HR Directors to drive Workforce Planning globally including identifying global programs based on developing bench strength in key areas.

  • Manage succession planning and career development plans for critical positions and high potential employees.

  • Support and co-manage the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other related HRIS modules.

  • Lead global employee engagement survey, manage all aspects of the vendor relationship and data distribution.  Support HR teams and sites during action planning and training.  Provide progress updates and analysis top leadership and make improvement recommendations to address performance and process gaps.

  • Manage the company’s leadership programs, assess needs, make training recommendations, collaborate with internal and external resources and develop internal trainer and SME network.

  • Manage global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development staff. Support the Global Team & Regional HR Leaders and regional team in a diverse range of HR projects, ensure the smooth deployment of global HR policies and processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent and/or combination of experience and training in HR management.

  • Extensive global experience in talent management or organizational development function as well as experience in recruiting.

  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to address change management challenges and experience implementing global programs.

  • Demonstrated experience to act as coach/trainer/mentor and facilitator.

  • Experience communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization including the company’s executive team.

  • Computer and social media savvy with ability to analyze data and make effective and persuasive recommendations and presentations.

  • Experience designing effective training programs and full use of innovative learning approaches and tools (e-learning, micro learning, gamefication etc.).

  • Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
