Human Resources Intern / Co-Op

Interested in gaining experience in Human Resources in a dynamic fast-paced environment?  syncreon is seeking an HR Intern or Co-Op to support our Technology division based at our Corporate headquarters!

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support HR report creation, maintenance, or communications
  • Support HRIS and Time & Attendance systems activity as requested, to include Recruiting support activities
  • Maintain division internal website
  • Create and maintain quarterly division newsletter
  • Support HR data collection, analysis, and reporting activities
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years completed toward a Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience working in HRIS, Time & Attendance systems, and Sharepoint preferred
  • Experience with interviewing or other recruiting activities preferred
