HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst at DP World located in Auburn Hills, MI will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the HR function in a fast-paced logistics company. In this hybrid role you will be responsible for overseeing the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, managing system upgrades, and providing analytical support to enhance HR processes and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and data management, as well as technical expertise in HRIS systems.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support Global HR Operations across Employee Life Cycle (Hire2Retire)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to leverage technology and streamline processes
  • Test HR systems to ensure optimal user experience
  • Assist with the global implementation, maintenance and support of HR systems and processes
  • Develop work instructions and supporting documentation (e.g., FAQs, etc.)
  • Conduct training sessions regarding new processes and/or system functionality
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or other related degree is required
  • 2-3 years of HRIS Specialist experience, preferably Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Experience in testing of HR systems and processes, documentation (e.g., testing scripts)
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in facilitating training/education of employees
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
