About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Overall purpose – Assist the America’s Regional Compensation team to ensure compensation programs are administered effectively in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy. Work with HRBPs throughout the Americas region to support their participation in compensation/reward programs.
  • Support the TR team by ensuring integrity of compensation data within databases; assist with administration of compensation processes (e.g. annual merit, short-term bonus, sales incentives, salary surveys) by collecting, certifying and scrubbing relevant compensation data.
  • Participate in market surveys; download relevant compensation data from company systems and upload into third-party databases.
  • Support maintenance of Pay Factors system/database by collecting, scrubbing, and uploading compensation data quarterly/as needed
  • Maintain and adjust salary structures to ensure competitiveness in accordance with company strategy
  • Maintain database of all job descriptions; create job descriptions in TOPS as needed; ensure accuracy of employee compensation information within databases
  • Support global merit process, working in conjunction with TR team and HRBPs to carry out annual merit planning and award cycle
  • Support administration of the company’s short-term bonus programs; collect and certify participation data; audit incentive calculations for accuracy, completeness and compliance according to specified program documents
  • Conduct compensation compliance reviews; support audits and regulatory filings as needed
  • Support SuccessFactors data needs; back up SuccessFactors team as needed
  • Support benefits and/or other Total Rewards projects as time allows

Your Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in human resources, finance, operations or other role focusing on maintaining data integrity
  • Strong technology aptitude; experience with HR information and payroll systems; experience with SAP/Success Factors and systems implementations a plus
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to support all levels of the organization; ability to interact with individuals internal and external to the organization in an effective, courteous, and productive manner; ability to act as consultant to field HR business partners and line managers
  • Solid oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar skills in order to communicate with our global internal customers
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free correspondence and work product
  • Excellent organizational skills, to include the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects and meet established or anticipated deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude; ability to work with Payroll, Finance, HR Partners and Lines of Business
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MSOffice skills; ability to manage and analyze large data sets using Excel and Word tools (e.g. pivot tables, macros, lookup function, mail merge)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently in the completion of assigned tasks
